Mr. And Mrs. Casteen… we’ve waited so long for this day, yet somehow it came and went so fast! Sydney and Nathan, I hope it was everything you dreamed of and more.
Along our journey (from meeting, engagement photos, bridal portraits, then the wedding), a few things were very easily and quickly clear to me.
1. Sydney and Nathan were meant to be! Being around them, it's so obvious that they truly belong together.
2. They are so down to earth and kindhearted.
3. I knew we were going to have the best experience together. And it was all true!
Upon arriving for the day, everyone was in calm yet happy spirits. Things were going so smoothly, and the entire day reflected the same sentiment as well! It was so great to see the love between two wonderful people being celebrated by everyone present.
There was something pretty unique about this wedding, something that you just don’t see as often anymore. A morning ceremony!!! Sydney and Nathan were married at 11 AM and it was FANTASTIC. The sweetest and most spiritual ceremony in the stunning Rose Hill Baptist Church surrounded by so many loved ones. You have to know you’re extra loved when so many people get up and get ready early for your wedding! The exciting bubble exit outside of the church just made it even more magical.
Before and after the ceremony, we spent our time at The Powell Home and Barn at Comeback Farms for the typical, exciting wedding day activities. An absolutely gorgeous venue in the best area! The historic home and dreamy fields make me feel like I’m in a novel or movie. Perfect for a wedding, right?
Everyone present were such troopers for all the photos we had to take, because it was a HOT summer day! I know how badly everyone wanted to stay indoors with the AC… but heading outside for a few photos was totally worth it! The beauty is unmatched!
When we were able to experience the traditional wedding dances, they were all beautiful of course. However, the Father Daughter Dance looked a bit different… Sydney and her dad played the banjo together. This was a first for me to see at a wedding and it was an incredible experience. Honestly, there’s so much I could tell you about this amazing wedding… but you’d be here reading all day and miss out on these dreamy photos! I just can’t get over how perfect this day was! Sydney and Nathan: I am so thankful to have been part of it and pray that our paths cross again in the future.
