The amount of love felt this ENTIRE day was so refreshing.

Alicia and Zack are an absolutely amazing couple. They go together SO well, they're both wonderful parents, and they are both so laid back and kind. I have cherished everything we've worked on together! So I knew when I arrived on May 18 for their wedding, that they would indeed have the most calm wedding atmosphere I've ever seen! They were so relaxed yet so excited to say I do to each other! Not to mention their rehearsal dinner the night before was the same kind of vibe!

Mr. and Mrs. Yarbrough were married at Old North State Club in New London, North Carolina. Right on Badin Lake! It's their home and was the most perfect fit for this couple! They surrounded the place with the most colorful florals and classic decorations that tied it all together so well. I loved the Spring vibes everywhere you turned. There were so many small yet precious details that added extra special touches to everything.

We had the most beautiful weather for the first half of the day! Alicia and Zack had a sentimental and tearful private first look together, and then luckily we took most of the formal photos after that leading up to the ceremony. The ceremony site was set up so beautifully close to the water! It started raining 2 minutes before the ceremony start time... unfortunately! But our fabulous coordinating team was able to pull everything together under the covered reception area in a quick amount of time! The ceremony must go on :)

Alicia and Zack vowed to love each other until death do them part before sealing it with the sweetest kiss! And let's talk about that dip kiss during the recessional... They killed it!!! We wrapped up family formals and made way to the awesome reception.

The reception was also filled with so many fun things to do, and let's face it; when you're celebrating with family the party never ends!!! It was an absolute blast and I would love to do it all over again any day of the week! I'm sure Alicia and Zack feel the same way, but they're enjoying their rest time. This group knows how to have a good time and I'm 100 percent here for it!!!

Alicia and Zack, I can't thank you enough for choosing me as your photographer time and time again. There's no better compliment than being invited back into your life more than once, and creating the best relationships and friendships with clients. I love both of you and wish you all the best in life! CONGRATS!
